Soda has been known to be an unhealthy drink and it’s detrimental effects on teeth should not come to any surprise.  But you may be surprised on what exactly it does to your teeth.

If you must drink soda, drink it with a straw to protect your teeth and rinse your teeth out with mouthwash after drinking. It is important to take good care of your dental health.  Teeth are one of the few places on our body that cannot easily heal themselves.
